PruPIM publishes its Corporate Responsibility Strategy 2005-2008

PruPIM takes great pride in its Corporate Responsibility (CR) achievements of the past four years. Recently, as part of its continuing efforts to maintain and build upon these achievements, PruPIM has reviewed its approach, and decided to create and implement a new, all-encompassing CR strategy that aims to generate significant benefits for the environment and communities in which we live and work. Now, following a great deal of thought to ensure relevance, achievability and clarity, PruPIM firmly believes that it has put in place the right structure to achieve all of its goals, be they business, environmental or social in nature.

PruPIM’s Corporate Responsibility strategy explains why CR continues to be a crucial part of its long-term business plans, lays out its approach, the changes it has made and how it will measure progress. In addition, it gives the name of the PruPIM Board member who has taken responsibility for each of the eight initiatives that make up the strategy.

As in previous years, PruPIM have also produced a report on its achievements and activities for 2004. This can be found in the CR section of www.prupim.com. In it, you will find detailed facts and figures on its performance, recent case studies and information on targets. Going forward, PruPIM will publish all of its annual reports on the web, its flexible nature making it the ideal medium for reporting progress on a regular basis.
