Jackson recognised as a World Class customer service provider

Jackson has been recognised as a World Class service provider by the Service Quality Measurement Group (SQM) in its latest benchmarking study of North American contact centres. Historically, only five per cent of contact centres receive the World Class designation; 2008 marks the fourth consecutive year that Jackson has achieved World Class status. Jackson also earned SQM’s “Highest Customer Satisfaction by Industry” award for having the highest rate of customer satisfaction in the financial services industry.

SQM benchmarks more than 250 North American contact centres annually, resulting in one of the largest customer survey databases. To achieve a World Class designation, at least 80 per cent of customers surveyed must rate their experience with a company’s contact centre as “very satisfied” – the highest possible rating. This year, Jackson received the highest rating from 88 per cent of the survey’s participants, a four per cent increase over last year’s results.
