Welcome to Prudential’s Shareholder section of the website. We hope that you will spend a little time here as we would like you to get the most out of your shareholding in Prudential. You will find the answers to the most common questions asked by shareholders, some download forms to which you may find useful, and also some information about various initiatives which may be of interest to you.

Most of you will own Prudential shares listed on the London Stock Exchange held on our main UK register, which is maintained by Equiniti. Some of you, however, may hold Prudential American Depository Receipts (ADRs) listed on the New York Stock Exchange and you will be able to find more information about your ADRs at JP Morgan. Others of you may hold shares on our Irish Branch Register and you will be able to find out more about your shares at Capita Corporate Registrars Plc.

It has come to our notice that shareholders may be receiving telephone calls purporting to be authorised by Prudential and offering special sharedealing opportunities with other companies. Shareholders should exercise great caution when dealing with these calls and be extra vigilant before paying out money or divulging personal information to unknown sources. The Financial Services Authority keeps a list of all authorised institutions and individuals should you wish to confirm the identity of supposed financial advisers.
